When you enquire, you trust us with your details. This page explains, simply, what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Varanda Estates runs this website and the stays on it, including those on our property sites such as valleyandvaranda.varandaestates.com. You can reach us at info@varandaestates.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: where you’d like to stay, your dates, the number of guests, your name, phone number, email and any message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
We also count visits with Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not tell us who you are.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to stay, to arrange your stay. That’s all. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
Who helps us
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service. Our inbox is run by our email provider. These services handle your details only to do this job for us, and some of them may store data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and arrange your stay, and for any records the law asks us to keep. After that, we delete them.
What you can ask us
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@varandaestates.com and we’ll reply as soon as we can.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we’ll update this page. Last updated 1 November 2026.
